Service we provide

We work with local people who want to develop small enterprises offering highly personal homecare and help at home as well as support in the community to older people and people with learning disabilities.

The project covers the Vale of White Horse District area, where increasing the number and range of homecare and community support options available to local people is seen as real priority. Community Catalysts works to build on things that already work well and to use learning from the project to affect local system and culture change - working hard to improve the way that health and care works for everyone in Oxfordshire. 

Community Catalysts is working with Oxfordshire County Council to design and deliver this new Community Enterprise Project. The first project ran October 2020 - April 2023 with the focus in the Cherwell District. From April 2023 sees the project focused on Vale of White Horse for 3 years (and a potential of an additional 2 further years)

Our programme participants are ideally caring and compassionate with a desire to help people and make a difference to other local peoples lives.
